This is Elke's 9th retreat; her third in Nosara. She has been teaching yoga for 19 years, and has been practicing for over 20. Over time Elke's passion for yoga has more depth, appreciate & wisdom.

Escape the winter and stress of daily life and immerse yourself in a transformative journey of peace, healing, and renewal. A tropical get-away designed to help you warm up, slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel the profound benefits of yoga & mindfulness.

$1000 deposit is required to secure your spot on this retreat. The remaining balance must be paid one month before the retreat. If you're booking within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payments in cash or check. No credit cards or venmo. Remaining balance due

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that The Marion Yoga Loft cancels the retreat for any reason,
such as weather or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive
a full tuition refund. Students would then be responsible for their flights and flight refunds.

If the participant cancels their participation in the retreat: $1000 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after January 12 no refunds are issued. Full tuition is still due.

The 2nd level has a 1,000 ft. yoga deck perfect for yoga retreats. The lower level has an outdoor living room with a bar, a 12 seat dining table, a living room area, a card table, and a full outdoor custom kitchen. In addition, there is a circular flagstone private patio off the back that offers a tropical jungle setting and an outdoor gas grill.

There is a separate private covered meditation room that can be used for in house spa services, meditation or simple peace and quiet.

There are 3 outdoor fountains on property that are strategically placed to provide different settings from different patios, 2 out door showers, and laundry and storage available upon request (additional costs may apply). The property has been tropically landscaped with 8 ft privacy stonewall around entire property.  The property is gated.

We have a local concierge service that can schedule anything you need like extra housekeeping, outdoor excursions, massages, etc. These services are additional costs at your discretion.

On site Chef Dan and his assistant will provide the most delicious food with exquisite service. Includes yoga with Elke, hiking, breath-work and meditation - all amidst the beauty of nature.

Twice daily yoga at the outdoor studio onsite on our private property. Elke will guide us through honey flow yoga, somatic release, restorative and yin yoga, breath work and meditation. Yoga equipment onsite. Hands-on assists.
