With respect and fairness to you we ask you to please honor these studio polices. We honor  the loyal students who have practiced at The Loft for years; to be fair to everyone these policies will apply to everyone without exception. Please don’t ask for special treatment.

1   Class Cards and Check in
    Check-in procedure to be done before you walk in and put your mat down: 
    1) Sign the class sheet
    2) Have the instructor check your card or take payment.
    3) Instructor will place card back in card-box

2  Class Card Expiration

    All new class cards will expire 6 month after purchase. No Exception.

3   Yoga Mats Rental FREE

4   Belongings
    Only yoga mats, water and towels allowed in the studio during class. 
    All other things with be stored before class: bags, jackets, cell phones, keys etc. 

5   No Cell Phones During Class 
    Unless you have special circumstances please take a break from your screen.

Class Descriptions

Introduction to the Art of Club Swinging
Teaching individuals the fundamental patterns and practices for this fascinating meditation for health, strength and vitality.
Learn stretching and strengthening routines with the clubs designed to form the foundation for ones personal practice and set one on the course of discovery for this wonderfully rhythmic and joyful practice. ($20) NO CLASS CARDS

​Let's keep it simple. This class offers a comfortable space for all students. Basics postures and breathing. A chance for all students to get back to basics and reconnect with the body to restore balance and find deep relaxation. $15 or card.

      This Hour with Elke:

  • 35 min Yoga Movement
  • 15 min Restorative/Yin Yoga
  • 10 min Meditation, Reiki, Essential Oil Massage

This one hour class will give you a simple and clear education on how your body works.

  • Learn to liberate your back & shoulders
  • Find, feel & release unhealthy tension & stress
  • Restore balance with full and relaxing breath 
  • ($20) NO CLASS CARDS

Starts January 16th: 60 minute, all levels Vinyasa flow to start your day right! Come breath, move, and meditate with Sara to start your day more mindfully and leave feeling more centered and energized! All are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

VINYASA     Vinyasa is defined as a "breathing and movement system." Expect postures with breath awareness. You'll move through Sun Salutations to unique sequences. Pick your level.

POWER  A vinyasa inspired class. Stretch, strengthen and challenge yourself. Expect core work and try a new pose you never thought you could do. This class is sweaty, fun, and athletic. Music inspired.

All Levels Vinysa Flow
A class designed to mobilize and lubricate joints; stretch and tone muscles all while detoxifying the body. An eclectic soundtrack will accompany fluid movements connected to breath with cues and modifications for all levels and bodies. Some gentle assists may be given. 

SIMPLY YOGA (Formerly Gentle Yoga)
This gentle class focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses, alignment principles, breath awareness and special breathing techniques. You will learn practices to improve flexibility, strength and balance while receiving instruction on the basics that will provide a platform for gradual advancement in your practice. More seasoned students will have the opportunity to strengthen their poses and build stamina. For everyone it will be a place to balance effort with ease in an atmosphere of playful joy that infuses each session. 

MODERATE YOGA(Formerly Yoga for Men)
Stretch and strengthen. Build core strength and relieve some of your daily stress. Explore flexibility and connect to what will bring your body health. Be challenged physically and mentally. Beginners welcome.
