[During the Metta Meditation] I felt a light glowing around me and going outward, and a lightness easing my heart each time I visualized. And it wasn’t just this beautiful sunshine glowing physically around me - it was an internal light brought by the words, as I focused on and released the loving kindness mantra. What powerful words, and so special to be led through it by you, in community with other yogis I love and some I don’t even know. Thank you a million times!

I feel so good from the meditation and core. I was walking around just now and realized my posture is better, my belly feels more toned. It’s a good feeling (almost but not as good as the mental peace from starting the day with meditation).

Q & A

Q: How much time is required? 
A: 10 minute daily Mediation everyday. Night or Evening. You are welcome to do both of course. 30 minutes 2x a week yoga (extra stretch 15 minutes optional). one hour slow flow class Sundays.


Q: Do classes meet everyday?
A:
Mediation is everyday. Yoga class is three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays.


Q: What if i cant make it to the live class?

A: All classes are recorded to listen to or watch later at any time


Q: What if i can't make it to every class?
A: Thats fine! We know the is a hefty schedule. It's designed so you have choices to fit your schedule. None of us will make all classes. We do our best. (Wait, Elke will be at every class ! )


Q: Can you explain the reasoning behind the Donation and Package cost
A: Win/Win! You have 'buy-in' because you buy the package and you make a commitment to do (most) of the classes. The extra money help local organizations get food to people who have less then we do and help animals find homes.
