LIFEFORCE YOGA


Simply put,
LifeForce Yoga is a specific type of yoga that was specificly designed to work with and manage the mood. All done with breath, simple postures, and meditation techniques. This yoga is used as a compassionate approach to relieve DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY.

Anyone can do these simple practices.

This yoga embraces and accepts all levels of mood. Each practice is modified for the student. Helping to balance the emotional,mental, and physical body.

Yoga to Lift the Mood helps balance the biochemistry of the brain. It stimulates the endocrine system to balance the release of hormones. These hormones regulate the functions of the body and can create a state of healing and relaxation.

Recovery from depression and anxiety must include the body. Episodes of trauma and loss are stored in our bodes. Consider that a complete recovery (body and mind) may be found through the right balance of medication, talk therapy, and YOGA.

Elke has suffered from various levels of depression most of her life. Her recent depression was a wake up call that finally sent her in search of help. Yoga became, and continues to be, a huge part of her recovery.

She is dedicated to teaching people how they can help themselves with natural methods that can truly bring relief. Working together with a mutual understanding, you can practice simple techniques with her that can bring you healing, balance, and peace.
