OPEN CLASSES
Gentle Yoga:
Find the healing power of your breath to reduce stress and uncover an overall sense of well being. In this gentle asana (posture) class you'll be guided through a gentle practice that safely moves the body while unlocking the power of your breath to ease the stress caused by unchecked mental activity. As we deepen an awareness of the relationship between how we think and how we feel we have the opportunity to find a more compassionate understanding of self and our unique place in the world. This class is suitable for beginners. All "levels" of practitioner are welcome.
Taught by Stephanie Matson
Open Vinyasa Yoga:
An energetic, flowing sequence of postures linked together with breathing. Expect to sweat while you build strength and gain flexibility. These classes vary; at times the flow is more rapid, at other times the postures are held longer. This yoga will use visualization, chanting, postures, and breathing practices to bring better balance into your life. This class is great for seasoned yogis or one who has had some basic experience with yoga that flows. When the weather is cool it is practiced in a moderately warm room (85 degrees.) This is because it is much safer and more efficient for muscles to release toxins and lactic acid in a warm room.
Taught by Elke Pierre and Liz Rathborne

Kundalini
Yoga is a science and a practice that integrates physical movement,
postures, mudra, meditation and sound to create awareness of the Self.
It is much more than a system of physical exercises. It is a dynamic,
powerful tool that builds inner strength and
expands self-awareness so one can fulfill their highest potential. When
the practice is approached with respect, reverence and an open mind, a
person's entire happiness and success in life becomes available to
them. Kundalini Yoga perfects the finite life while connecting it to
the Infinite experience.

SOUND HEALING
What would you like to let go of?
Is there something you would like to heal, physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually?
Do you feel blocked from who you are, from joy, from leading a satisfying life?
Allow yourself to be transformed through the healing power of sound.
Sound healing is an ancient healing practice used for centuries all over the world to bring the body into its optimal state of resonance, harmony, and wholeness
These sound sessions create alpha and theta brain states which induce the body/mind’s self healing response. Once the body relaxes into a healing state there is no limit to what can be accomplished. There are a myriad of benefits from experiencing sound in this way. Deep relaxation, reduced heart rate and blood pressure, lessening or eradication of pain and/or inflammation. Emotionally it has proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Spiritually, you'll be in a space where your intentions will have even greater power.
In a session you’ll experience the healing vibrations of the crystal bowl, Tibetan singing bowl, and human voice. “The human voice carries something in it’s vibration that makes it more powerful than any other musical instrument: consciousness.” ~ Fabian Maman
We do not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. ~ Carl Jung
Stuck Physical and emotional energy can move on the vibration of sound, once these energies are sounded they can be observed and once something is observed it can be changed.
You’ll be supported in a safe environment of non judgment and acceptance. Tricia is known for her ability to make people feel welcome and accepted. We all heal together. As each of us raises our own vibration we raise the vibration for all humanity. This is important work. We are the heart of the world. As we heal our own heart, the world heals. We are the ancestors of the future. We have a responsibility to do this work of healing, individually and globally.
